I have forgotten my login details. What do I do?
Enter the email address that you used to register here to get a reactivation link sent to you. You will then be able to reset your password.

I require a bespoke system. Can you help?

I am looking to hire. Is this possible?
YES, we have hire options on a range of products. Please contact our sales team on 01432 806806 to discuss your requirements.

Is it better to Hire or purchase outright?
There is advantages to both methods. The main difference is that when you hire you do not pay any more for maintenance and service. – The rental charge covers all this. Purchasing outright costs less in the long run but has larger capital investment in the first instance. It is normally better to purchase outright if the equipment is needed over a period of 12 months or more.

What is your complaint procedure?
If you encounter any problems or require any advice regarding your purchase, please contact us. We regard the satisfaction of each and every customer as central to our business and will always give any complaint the highest priority.

What is your return policy?
We hope that you are happy with every item that you purchase from ourselves, however if this is not the case and you wish to return an item we will accept this within 28 days of the date shown on your dispatch note.

We can only accept returned items that are...

  • Returned to ourselves within 28 days

  • Still in the original packaging supplied by Bull Products

  • In a saleable condition

Stock items, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and any non-stock items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

If returns are wanting to be made after the 28 days, a 50% restocking fee will occur and the goods must be returned in the original packaging, un-used and unmarked.

If the goods are returned to the above specifications, then a credit will be issued.

What do I do if I have a faulty or damaged item?
Any fault raised with a product or any damages upon delivery must be reported to ourselves on the day of the goods delivery. We cannot except any claims for damages after this time.

What are the customer collection charges and storage solution fees?
Whilst we provide FOC storage of customer equipment in between projects we cannot offer FOC collection and delivery. The collection charge is £100.00 whilst delivery back to site is £50.00.

What products do Bull Products store FOC in the asset management service?
We only store fire equipment in our asset management storage system. We cannot be responsible for other equipment sent back. See terms and conditions for all other storage information.
